You can add it to your iPhone as an app. It is technically just a bookmark, but it will appear on your iPhone as an app icon just like the rest of your apps. Just hit the little Plus sign at the bottom of your browser when you are on our homepage on your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad and then select ‘Add to Home Screen’ and voila! Breanne and Brad were married back in June of 2008 and she had come to the realization that her wedding dress was dirty and taking up too much space so she messaged me to book a trash the dress session! When she told me what she had in mind I instantly got giddy and excited and I couldn’t wait to get out to shoot this. Brad and Brea LOVE to ride their quads and dirt bikes and Breanne’s parents live on a beautiful acreage just out of the city where they could ride and have some fun. Knowing that spring is just around the corner and that there is PLENTY of mud out at mom and dad’s we headed out of town with the gassed up toys and went to play.
James and I had so much fin with this session and we have to hand it to Breanne because not only was she brave enough to trash her dress, but the water/mud she was standing in and getting soaked with was FREEZING cold and smelled a bit like “farm” :) It was SO WORTH IT and I could barely narrow down photos to fit on this blog, so here is a sneak peek. Enjoy.
Hope & James
PS- OH! and we must also give a huge shout out to Dar, Breanne’s mom. She was nervous about doing this session but by the end, she was on a quad totally getting in on the action along with Brea’s dad and some other friends!

Every year for the past 4 years we have had the distinct honor of photographing the annual YWCA Women of Distinction award winners, and every year I am introduced to women who exude excellence, grace, passion, drive, ambition and intelligence. I love doing these sessions and although they are short, I feel it is so important to celebrate their beauty with a special photo session.
So a huge congrats to the winners for 2010; Dr. Bonnie Lee, Mallory Kristjanson, Nadine Chandler and Dr. Tracy Edwards.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Baby Lucas for the first time! Lucas is the little brother of Dyllan who I have had the pleasure of shooting many times and he is just as adorable as she is. I always love shooting newborns and since Lucas lives an hour and a half away from our city, i have been eagerly waiting for him to come in to visit. he is now 4 weeks old but still so tiny and sweet. I really am amazed how tiny newborns are every single time I see one even though I see them all the time :)

Thanks for the great visit, Jaxen loved playing with Dyllan and it was so great to visit with your mommy and daddy again. I’ll see you again soon so don’t grow too fast okay?
