Lance and Courtney are getting married in 2010 and I am SO looking forward to this wedding! This couple is SO fun and they are seriously the most down to earth people :) I love working with couples like these two because they are up for anything and they have a good time while I try things out.

It was a HOT day today and we hiked around in the heat so I really appreciate you guys putting up with my methods and madness! Can’t wait for the wedding, hopefully it won’t be as hot.

I LOVE shooting Lethbridge Fashion Week fashion shows!! These are the best :) The runway was hot, the models were even hotter and the fashions were exceptional (as usual). A special thanks to Shelly for everything, also to Jonathan Hill for all the mad shoutouts :) *wOOt* I am including some stills from the slide show in case it won’t load for you .

The Lethbridge College Fashion design and marketing program put on their big fashion show event this past Saturday and Some of the Slade Models were participating so I went down to shoot. The lighting was not your typical high fashion runway lighting, but instead had a lot of spots all over the place which lit up the entire room a bit too much, but all in all the models were awesome, the fashions were amazing and I had some fun!

There were a few other photographers also shooting so they had their “lighting” set up in random places around the stage, it was all a bit odd for me to see any strobe use at a fashion show as this really isn’t typical (but I suppose boys don’t watch much FTV) :) I worked around them and their indulgence and manged to get some fun stuff, here are some of my faves from the night! There are so many great shots I had to narrow it down to just a few for here, perhaps a slide show will be in the near future.

We had the pleasure of shooting the photos again this year for the 2009 Lethbridge Guide, put out by the Chinook Country Tourist Association. I can’t shot you too many photos, you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled for the guide, BUT I can tell you that it was all about the trains and high-level bridge! Very cool stuff and some very fun people!

Look for your guide coming soon :)

Today I had the pleasure of shooting with 10 fabulous members of the Lethbridge Photo Club. I was teaching a high-key photography workshop at the studio for them and it was so much fun!

The members ranged in experience from intro to semi-pro and we had two awesome models, Ashley, the daughter of Samantha who was attending the workshop, and my friend Danielle, who came at the last minute to help out!

The group shot a ton, but I only got snaps while I was demonstrating, however, my models were fantastic so my quick “snaps” came out beautifully!
